(Preposition)IN/ON

APPEAR IN/ON: be available. the film is likely to appear soon on the screen.
ADJUDICATE IN/ON: officially decide in dispute. he was appointed to
adjudicate in the complex matter.
BARGE IN/ON: to rush in suddenly. The children barged in the room as
it started raining.
EXIST IN/ON: be in existence. life exists only on earth.
GRAZE IN/ON: eat growing grass. the cattle grazed  in the field.
GROUNDED IN/ON: to be based on something. his theory is grounded on
sound principles.
IMPRESS IN/ON: impressed in something. the patterns have been
carefully impressed in the plaster.
INSCRIBE IN/ON: to carefully write, cut or print words on something
hard. the king got his orders inscribed on rocks.
LESSON IN/ON: teaching in a particular skill or subject. i had a
lesson in mob psychology.
LIE IN/ON: be in a position when your body is  flat. she way lying on a sofa.

LOITER IN/ON: move about without purpose. loitering in these quaerters
is prohibited.
LOUNGE IN/ON: to sit or stand lazily. the  children were lounging on
in the park.

PARK IN/ON: to put something on a particular place ina way that is
annoying. he parked a big basket of sweet on my table.
RECLINE IN/ON :to recline on, lean back in a relaxed way. she reclined
on a sofa.
